Shipping costs will be based on your location, and the point of origin of your selected piece. To ensure the lowest cost, shipments are made directly from the designer's studio to you. We invite you to fill out the How to Order form and we can send you an estimate.
Standard deliveries are curbside drop off. However depending on the ease of access to your home or garage - shippers may at their own discretion bring items inside for you.
Delivery is generally undertaken by one person - and as such items weighing more than 100lbs, and / or items that are of an awkward shape, (difficult to lift), will require that you make arrangement for them to be brought into your home, by someone other than the delivery agent.
Please make certain that items purchased will fit through access routes into your home or commercial location. In the event that you make a purchase that cannot be delivered, you will be liable for inbound and return shipping. If the item is made to order, no refund will be available.
Where access to the delivery address is limited or additional equipment is required to complete delivery of the goods, additional charges to cover the full costs of these services plus administrative costs will be your responsibility.
In the event that you are unable to arrange for someone to meet the delivery agent, or fail to turn up accordingly:
Undeliverable packages will either be stored locally at the expense of the purchaser or if no local storage is found to be available they may be shipped back to the supplier. In this event all applicable return shipping, insurance, (customs if applicable) will be charged to the purchaser as will any subsequent redelivery costs.
In the event that delivery is delayed or prevented by any untoward occurrence Outdoorz Gallery is not responsible or liable in any way whatsoever.
All our merchandise is fully insured against damage, theft and loss.
Careful quality control is exercised before your piece is shipped. Our carriers will exercise every care in ensuring the goods reach you in perfect condition.
However, should an accident happen, here's how to deal with it: When you take delivery you should inspect what you've ordered and if there is any damage to your goods, note it on the freight bill or electronic delivery sheet at the time of delivery. Then contact us. we require that any damage be noted at the time of delivery.Iif it is not possible to verify the condition of the goods upon delivery then please note "Unable to inspect on delivery" on the freight bill. If a full inspection cannot be made at the time of delivery because the delivery people will not wait (and many of our items come extremely thoroughly packaged so checking them can take some time) then the fact that this is the reason for non-inspection must be noted when the delivery is signed for. All cases of damage must be communicated to us within two days of delivery, and we cannot accept damage claims which have not been so noted or of which we are notified after this period.
Depending on the nature of the damage, a replacement product will be provided if the original cannot be satisfactorily repaired.
All of our shipments are insured for their full value. You will incur no charge for returning damaged goods.

Full payment is due with the receipt of the order confirmation. Orders will be processed with our designers after we have received payment. Changes to an order or cancellations once the order is being processed will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Secure payment can be made by Paypal or Bank transfer. No credit card information will be sent to OutdoorzGallery.
We do not take any responsibility for any additional transaction fees your bank and/or credit card company may assess for the charge.
We have carefully selected our designers for their professionalism and commitment to the highest standards of quality production.
Your purchases are covered by the terms and conditions of these individual suppliers. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
Our designers have been carefully selected and we think you’ll be thrilled with your purchase. However in the event that you are not satisfied, please notify us in writing by e-mail within 7 days after receipt . We will provide you with a return adress and refund you upon receipt of goods.
It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging without any damage. You will be responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period.
In the case of custom-made products, it is not possible for us to accept returns.
You may cancel your order for a full refund up until the shipping/packing process has begun. Cancellation charges on made to order pieces will be made entirely at the discretion of the designer/supplier.
a) Outdoorz Gallery shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any indirect or consequential loss howsoever caused.
b) Outdoorz Gallery’s liability in respect of breach or non-performance of any order shall be limited to the invoiced value to which the claim relates.
